Dr. Lu has over 18 years of product and marketing development experience in precision optical metrology, high speed optical inspection for process control, and laser micromachine for industrial applications.  

Dr. Lu holds a Ph.D. degree in Solid State Physics and a Master degree in Optics.   He has more than 10 US patents in the related field.
